The Municipal spokesperson of the PSOE the City of Molina de Segura and candidate for mayor, Esther Clavero, will require in the next Parliament that a plan of rehabilitation and regeneration of the district of San Roque be adopted without delay, to which the PP has opposed for some years.

In the motion filed by Clavero states that "the San Roque is one of the areas of our city that requires investment by the Administration to address once and for all deficiencies that suffers."

Specifically, the Socialist candidate requests that the City Council approve four agreements.

The first urgently to address security problems for deficiencies that affect Fayren park, like falling rocks, repair street lights and any other damage that affects the safety of the residents who come to this area.

The second agreement is for an emergency plan is implemented to address the problems of soil in the area and ensure the cleanliness of the environment, implementing awareness campaigns if necessary.

With the third agreement is to ensure the safety of the area through increased police presence, as demanded by residents and neighbors of the neighborhood.

Finally, Clavero urged to adopt a comprehensive plan of socio-urban revitalization of the neighborhood, setting stage for action to prevent further deterioration of this area and promote social and economic development, "as our group has been demanding for some time" .

The Municipal Socialist Group has requested through various initiatives in Parliament that the Corporation undertakes to approve the plan of rehabilitation and regeneration of the district of San Roque, "without the support of the government team of PP and delaying each year the possibility that this important population center can reactivate social and commercially ".

Clavero says that neighbors have complained again to the City "the apathy with which responds to the constant complaints, this time about the lack of safety and cleanliness in the Garden Fayren Park. From the Neighborhood Association has requested to the departments of Parks and Gardens and police to give a solution to these problems and to date have not yet taken any action as they describe can have an environment that ensures local coexistence ".
