The Municipal spokesperson UPyD and candidate for mayor, Encarna Hernández, expressed his satisfaction with the judgment of the Court of Administrative No. 6 of Murcia, where annulling the call for bags faculty of the Conservatory Music to the Governing Board of the City of Molina de Segura convened last June, thereby leading the cessation of several teachers.
Hernandez recalled that UPyD brought this matter to the House, denouncing these irregular separations, while calling for new calls are paralyzed.
However, emphasizes Hernández, "the PP decided to go ahead, forcing some teachers to go to court and spend money out of pocket to protect their jobs."
The judgment, which concerns a professor at the Conservatory and a practical bag, cello, is very clear action against the City, and describes the process as "arbitrary", with "abuse of power" without "reasoned decision".
Therefore, the candidate for mayor, asked the government team to accept the sentence and no recourse, not to cause more harm to a teacher who has acted in defense of their legitimate interests.
It also requires the Mayor to "debug political responsibilities and techniques as clearly seen in this case."
