The PSOE de Molina de Segura will start if rules in the council, a municipal plan to respond to the basic needs of the population, worth one million euros.
This is one of the commitments of the Socialist candidate for mayor, Esther Clavero, reflected in its election manifesto.
With this plan the social emergencies in the city would be met and would be an effective tool against poverty in Molina.
Clavero says that "currently there is no Hall ordinance regulating aid urgently needed. We will establish objective criteria for the granting of such aid in order to avoid arbitrariness, as we now are awarded based on the law grants and they can only be approved by the mayor and councilors of the government team. "
In this regard, the candidate states that there is evidence that there have been some irregularities in processing aid.
The PSOE's electoral program also includes the creation of a Permanent Observatory on inequality, and energizing and revitalizing the Municipal Council of Social Welfare, as well as a system of scholarships own school meals, transport and aid for the purchase of school supplies and books .
Other proposals of the Socialist candidate is the decentralization of social services, to own apartments in neighborhoods and districts endowed with sufficient resources, a municipal fund energy solidarity so that no Molina family is deprived of energy in your home due to lack of resources and local tax compensation measures for individuals and families affected by situations of urgent need.
