The Department of Celebrations of the City of Molina de Segura, in collaboration with Radio Company, and to promote, support and channel the creative and cultural work of the bands of Molina de Segura, announces the contest of creative music Molina Action Sonora (MAS) 2015.
As stated in the rules published on the municipal website (www.molinadesegura.es) can participate in this call those people, collectively or individually, aged 14 years (parental consent) met on December 31, 2014 with at least one component that fits any of these criteria: a) be born in the town of Molina de Segura;
b) be registered in this municipality before the publication of these rules;
c) study at an official center of this town;
d) work in this location.
The songs should be self-composed.
They may not participate professional musicians and soloists will present those groups regardless of the musical trend develop.
The competition provides the following prizes:
First Prize: five days recording in a recording studio and 400 €.
Second Prize: three days recording in a recording studio and 200 €.
Third Prize: € 200.
The recording studio will be determined by the organization.
The recording made three copies be delivered to City Hall.
Prizes can not be shared and will be declared void.
Requests to participate must be formalized until the day June 20, 2015, at 14.00, in the Department of Celebration, at Calle Mayor, No. 81, 3rd floor, Building The Catch, phone 968 388 519 (fiestas@molinadesegura.es ), or the General Register of the City of Molina de Segura.
They must be accompanied by the following documentation:
Demo CD, properly identified and recorded by the registered components, including only two issues for a period not exceeding five minutes each topic.
Photocopy of the soloist and companions or all members of the group as appropriate musicians.
Census certificate issued by the municipality, if the ID does not consist birth or residence in Molina de Segura.
In case you are working or studying in the city, it must prove the necessary documentation.
Nominal ratio of the group, showing age and playing instruments.
Recent photograph of solo or group.
Brief history of the group (curriculum), web, youtube, myspace, etc.
Failure to submit all documents may be grounds for disqualification.
Only registered participants may act in each group, whether or not members of it, as well as soloists and accompanying musicians like, provided they have been enrolled in the time and manner provided for all participants.
The participation of any player not registered supposed disqualification of the group.
The jury shall consist of 3 persons of recognized professional prestige, and will be appointed by the Department of Celebrations of the City molinense.
Its composition will be announced at the time of issuing the ruling, which is final.
SELECTION AND DEVELOPMENT
By hearing the models presented, and based on criteria of creativity and artistic quality (technical quality of the model will not affect the selection criteria), the jury will select up to four groups or soloists, of which 3 will access to the end, leaving the fourth as substitute.
The final will be held in September in the place and date determined by the Department of Celebration, acting selected in the order determined by lot.
The actions may not exceed 20 minutes duration per group or solo, this time may be reduced if the organization so determines.
The groups have finished their performance.
Those who do not finish without good reason be disqualified.
The groups are undertaking to act on the day of the concert and to notify in good time if an issue of force majeure which arises documentary credited.
All groups act with a common backline provided by the organization.
