ESO Students participate in Molina de Segura 500 training sessions in the Integration Program of Educational areas during this course 2015/2016 (07/10/2015)

The Integration Program Educational Facilities (ITEP) for the current academic year 2015/2016, organized by the Youth Council of the City of Molina de Segura, in collaboration with secondary schools in the municipality, was presented at a press conference today Wednesday, October 7, in the Press Room of City Hall.

The presentation was attended by the Councillor for Youth, Reme López Paredes, the manager of the company in July Imagination (which develops ITEP), Joaquin Ruiz Medina, and the Coordinator of ITEP in schools, José Javier Luna Roman.

ITEP provides the contents of transversal areas that demand society, promoting values ​​of respect, tolerance and solidarity.

This year the program turns 18 years of age, and wants to strengthen its open to new proposals from all sectors of the education community, such as educational professionals, mothers, fathers and, above all, students as protagonists of this effort character.

For its development, the CSIP needs the involvement and participation of the educational community.

In this course, the Youth Council will make greater efforts to bring families work and conclusions of young people in the various subjects.

The program is renewed and adjusted to the realities and problems of young people, developing in them the life skills as tools for their personal, collective and social growth.

The contents of the thematic blocks I CHOOSE YOU and I start from a personal dimension, which integrates and interacts with others in a social dimension:

I CHOOSE: part of a personal dimension where content consumption and healthy food (drug addiction and eating disorders) and Psycho-Affective Education Youth are integrated.

I with thee: in a more collective and social context, where and Intercultural Coexistence, Respect content difference, Co-education and Gender Violence in adolescents are integrated.

All contents are unified and developed in sessions, workshops and active dynamic, adapted to the age of the participants and in continual reference to some of the problems that most affect young people as unhealthy consumption, power and its disorders, relationship equal and respect for multiculturalism, coeducation and gender violence in adolescents.

Alongside these activities, various forms of expression will also be developed to communicate their findings to their peers.

Another objective of the program is to develop the channels of participation of young people in their educational and social environment, such as workshops or activities outside the educational environment.

The course will begin on 15 October and runs until the end of April 2016. In total, nearly 500 sessions divided between the four courses of the ESO will be held.

Each course will be held five activities.
