A total of 438 people have applied for purchase of the 190 public housing (PPV) to be built in the residential Altorreal of Molina de Segura, being part of the list of applicants molinense published by the City, as reported news conference, Monday 28 April, the Mayor of the town, Eduardo Contreras Linares, who was accompanied by Councilman Housing Dolera Cayetano Ros.
The lists of applicants are exposed today in the Municipal Digital Portal (www.molinadesegura.es, under Department of Housing) and the Town Hall Bulletin Board.
The deadline for submissions is 15 days.
As stated in the Schedule, of the 438 applicants:
The 74 top of the list have a score at or above 25 points, so they have a direct option to purchase housing.
The following 226 in the list (from # 75 to 300), have a score of 24 points, and enter a public lottery to be eligible for home purchase.
The rest of the list (from # 301 to 438) have no choice but to draw, but are in reserve.
The City of Molina de Segura approved last March, the sale by public tender, parcels of municipal M/18 and M/21 Altorreal for the construction of such housing to the company management and projects of the Southeast, SL.
The total amount of the two parcels amounting to EUR 2,969,807.63, for construction of 190 homes, 190 garages and 214 lumber.
The deadline for submitting purchase requests in the Department of Housing ended 31 March.
According to the draft picks will be built 62 houses of 72 m2 with two bedrooms, 126 houses of 78 m2 with three bedrooms and 2 more houses with four bedrooms.
Between 10 and 18 homes will be adapted for people with disabilities.
The works should start within 4 months and be completed within 27 months from the date of notification of award.
The price is EUR 1112.30 m2 useful for homes and 667.38 euros per m2 for storage rooms and garages, according to the Ministry of Housing prices for 2007 (€ 105,000 for houses of 72 m2 and 110,000 euros for the 78 m2).
