The Councillor of the Presidency and Speaker of the Local Government of the City of Molina de Segura, Victoria Gomez Alcazar, reported in a press conference today, Thursday 17 April, the resolutions adopted at meetings of the Board held Local Government 8 and 15 April.
Highlights the award of contract for the drafting of the proposed construction of an underground car park in Plaza de Europa, and the approval of memory for the renovation and expansion of tourism in The Landing Lodge.
PLANNING
At meetings of the Local Government Board has approved a total of 4 building permits for the construction of 3 dwellings.
The City of Molina de Segura has entered through the Tax on Building, Facilities and Works (ICIO), EUR 24,020.94, while the rate by Dumping of Wastes has raised EUR 3122.58.
Throughout this year have been approved a total of 84 building permits for the construction of 156 homes.
Furthermore, sanctions have been approved 19 urban, for a total of 203,648.89 euros.
The total number of sanctions adopted this year is 40.
INTERVENTION
With regard to issues of intervention have been approved certification of works, for a total of 1,155,481.51 euros, referred works: reinstatement of urban services in Punta del Barrio Place, works of adaptation of the A5 road the urban environment of the city, construction of Secondary School of the windlass replacement urban services in Calle Reyes Católicos, works to expand the medical clinic in La Alcayna, construction of sports pavilion covered in the IES Francisco de Goya; and construction of indoor sports hall next to the IES Cañada de las Eras.
CONTRACT MATTERS
Awarding of the construction of changing facilities at the soccer field in the neighborhood of San Miguel, amounting to 126,199.44 euros, the company Impamar.
Award of the refurbishment of courts at the Immaculate Infant School, for an amount of 120,882.67 euros, UTE Mancomur, Building and Construction and Torres López Alcaraz Brothers.
Award of the work of installing access flooring in the Polideportivo El Romeral, worth of 44,700 euros, the company Construcciones y Torres López.
Award of contract for assistance in drafting the project and implementation of the Ecological Corridor Southeast Molina, amounting to 16,891 euros, the company Paridesa.
Award of contract for drafting design, construction operation of an underground car park in Plaza de Europa, amounting to 30,000 euros, Julio Sánchez Méndez.
Approval of an expenditure of € 54,000 for two years for the development of Orientation and Family Mediation.
Approval of the implementation of mountain summer camp, amounting to 30,000 euros.
Approval of the implementation of beach summer camp, amounting to 15,000 euros.
OUTSTANDING ISSUES
Approval of the grant award of 48,000 euros Irrigation bequeathing Molina.
Approval of the grant award of 3,700 euros to the Association of Street Vendors.

Project approval and commencement of the tender dossier of a Skateboard Park Skating in Sports The Romeral, valued at EUR 76,718.67.
Tourism Department
Approval of memory and grant application for renovation and expansion of tourism in The Landing Lodge, valued at EUR 212,112.60.
Approval of the proposal to adjust the cord with the Valencian and link Fortuna (The Garapacha) as a tourist trail, valued at EUR 21,956.57.
