The City of Molina de Segura presents the first guide Ecological Park Vicente Blanes (15/04/2008)

The first Ecological Park Guide Vicente Blanes Molina de Segura, published by the Department of Environment molinense City Council, was presented at a press conference on Tuesday April 15, by the Mayor of the town, Eduardo Contreras Linares, and Councillor for the Environment, Consuelo Rosauro Meseguer.

This guide, in its 30 pages, color photos with an attractive and flexible format, introduces the reader into the unknown natural heritage, diverse environments and colors, as municipal ecological park.

The Ecological Park Vicente Blanes, created ten years ago, is an example of environmental remediation of an area of northern agroforestry Molina de Segura.

Located in the hamlet The Landing, south of Regional Park Sierra de la Pila, and has 37 acres of pine forest and shrub vegetation typical of the Mediterranean, such as rosemary, thyme, hawthorn, mastic, esparto.
