SATI Briefing Service (Technical Advisory Service and Information, on implementation of radio infrastructures, with particular attention to the base stations / mobile phone masts).
The SATI is a new service that, together with the adoption of a Code of Good Practice under the Agreement was signed between the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP) and the Spanish Association of Telecommunications Operators (REDTEL) 30 November 2007.
As a complement to CBP and, at the request of several councils attached, FEMP approved last April 29, 2008 a computer model that incorporates the experience accumulated in recent years and recent case law.
With all that is meant to address the widespread demand of local availability of tools to facilitate quick management and all warranties, technical, legal, environmental and health expectations of the citizens seeking telephone service quality mobile, as those concerned about the health aspects.
In addition to facilitating the procedures in the granting of licenses for the installation and operation of the necessary infrastructure.
In this sense, the SATI born with the vocation to be a consulting service and assistance they may employ all local authorities.
For this, the FEMP is promoting the accession of both municipalities FEMP-AETIC Agreement and the Code of Practice.
