The Councillor of the Presidency and Speaker of the Local Government of the City of Molina de Segura, Victoria Gomez Alcazar, reported in a press conference today, Friday 27 June, the resolutions adopted at meetings of the Board held Local Government on 27 May and June.
Highlights the award of the work of public space conditioning Mirador del Castillo and Casa de La Maita, located next to the Enclave of the wall and the valued memory approval to remodel the ground floor, left side of molinense Hall main building.
PLANNING
At meetings of the Local Government Board has approved a total of 13 building permits for the construction of 18 houses.
The City of Molina de Segura has entered through the Tax on Building, Facilities and Works (ICIO), 67,764 euros, while through the rubble spills rate has raised 9,882 euros.
Throughout this year have been approved a total of 119 building permits for the construction of 246 houses.
Furthermore, sanctions have been approved 14 urban, for a total of 268,931 euros.
The total number of sanctions adopted this year is 79.
INTERVENTION
With regard to issues of intervention have been approved certification of works, for a total of 1,923,832 euros, especially concerning work: extension of the Primary Care Center of La Alcayna, adaptation and improvement of Highway A5 Molina / Fortuna, renewal of street lighting in the town of El Fenazar, construction of the Secondary Education Institute in La Molineta and construction of costumes in the neighborhood soccer field San Miguel.
CONTRACT MATTERS
Award of the work of public space conditioning Mirador de El Castillo and La Casa de Maita, located next to the Enclave of the Wall, amounting to 562,327 euros, the company Lorquimur / Ibarra Lorca SL
Award of the Service Summer School, for an amount of 42,348 euros, the company Infer Studies Center.
Award of service for maintenance and operation of municipal shelter, amounting to 36,000 euros, the company Cofam.
Approval of memory assessed for the refurbishment of the ground floor, left side, the main building of the City of Molina de Segura, amounting to 316,199 euros.
Approval of the technical project for the refurbishment of the gazebo area in the Park Technology Center keeps, for Driver Education Park, valued at 83,294 euros.
OUTSTANDING ISSUES
Department of Commerce, Development and Employment
Approval of an agreement with the Downtown Merchants Association of Commercial Open for activities to promote this and an expenditure of € 12,000.
Acceptance of a grant by name to the City by the Health Service of Murcia worth 90,000 euros and approval of agreements with the Association of Psychosocial Rehabilitation Murcia and AFESMO to comply with the grant.
Social Welfare Department
Acceptance of a grant of 200,000 euros from the Ministry of Social Policy, Women and Migration in the Region of Murcia for the rehabilitation of the old schools of La Ribera de Molina, whose premises will be allocated to the Association of Relatives and Mentally Ill Molina de Segura (AFESMO).
Approval of an agreement with Cajamurcia for adjudication of a vehicle to transport people with disabilities.
Acceptance of a grant from the Ministry of Social Policy, Women and Immigration to the development of special measures and home help.
