The Mayor of Molina de Segura, Eduardo Contreras Linares, with the rector of the University of Murcia, has presided over the closing ceremony and awards ceremony for the course of the International University of the Sea "Rights and Duties of patients and users health "and" Frontiers in Therapeutics 2008. "
The course "Rights and Duties of patients and users of health" has been led by Ms. María Belén Martínez Andreu (Professor of Civil Law at the University of Murcia) and Dr D.
Juan Antonio Fernández Campos.
The course, which began on July 14 has counted a total of 40 students.
The main objective of this course is knowledge of one of the innovations from health in recent decades: the participation of citizens in decisions about their health.
Frontiers in Therapeutics 2008 "with 40 students has been one of the courses these days, also beginning July 14 and directed by prof ª.
Dr. Manuela García López (Professor of Pharmacology. Universidad Autónoma de Madrid) and Prof. Dr. Antonio García García (Professor of Pharmacology. Universidad Autónoma de Madrid).
These courses began in 2003 with the purpose of the dissemination of biomedical sciences in the various sectors of society for attendees to get an overview, critical update on therapeutic strategies frontier for the treatment of different pathological processes.
During the month of September, more specifically from 15 to 19, in Molina de Segura taught two courses at the Universidad Internacional de Mar:
Musical interpretation in art education.
V Latin American Meeting of neurodegenerative diseases.
Alzheimer's and other dementias.
