Eduardo Contreras Linares have signed a collaboration agreement between the two institutions for the development of "Youth Card".
With this agreement, the municipality of Molina de Segura will be responsible for coordinating the work of the Youth Card at the municipal level.

This agreement is for the year 2008 and will be automatically extended for years to come.
