The Councillor of the Presidency and Speaker of the Local Government of the City of Molina de Segura, Victoria Gomez Alcazar, reported in a press conference today, Thursday 11 September, the resolutions adopted at meetings of the Board held Local Government 19 and 26 August and 2 and 9 September.
Highlights the award of the work of underground container Street and on streets and Eduardo Linares Triunfo del Barrio Punta del Lugar, and the awarding of the surveillance and building security, facilities and various areas of City Hall.
PLANNING
At meetings of the Local Government Board has approved a total of 16 building permits for the construction of 8 units.
The City of Molina de Segura has entered through the Tax on Building, Facilities and Works (ICIO), 50,457 euros, while through the rubble spills rate has raised 8,000 euros.
Throughout this year have been approved a total of 171 building permits for the construction of 414 houses.
Furthermore, sanctions have been approved 9 urban, for a total of 29,537 euros.
The total number of sanctions adopted this year is 126.
INTERVENTION
With regard to issues of intervention have been approved certification of works, for a total of 821,549 euros, especially concerning work: splitting and A5 highway improvement Molina / Fortuna, construction of the Secondary School of the Molineta, and construction of the Centre for Arab Wall Interpretation and Historical Archive.
CONTRACT MATTERS
- Award definite improvement works and refurbishment of the Road for Ladies, amounting to 99,900 euros, the company Construcciones y Torres López.
- Interim Awarding the refurbishment and new construction scupper scupper the old national road 301, in gunpowder, amounting to 214,224 euros, a joint venture Urbamasa Sercom and Construction.
- Award of replacement works of sanitation in toilets of offices and ground floor restaurant in New Business Center Business Hotel, for an amount of 51,000 euros, the company Impamar Mounts and Drives, SL.
- Provisional award for the provision of cleaning services in the Public School Francisco Martínez Bernal, from September 2008 to June 2009, amounting to 53,128 euros, the company Limango, CB.
- Final Award and implementing technical assistance activities of the Integration of Educational Spaces, amounting to 64,635 euros, the company 7 Imagination Animation Collective and Leisure.
- Award of construction of the roundabout into Golf Avenue and Calle Castillo de Caravaca, in Urbanization Altorreal, amounting to 57,000 euros, the company Ayllonza, SL Work has begun this week.
- Provisional award of works by burying organic waste container, glass and cardboard in the streets Triomphe and Eduardo Linares, included within the district actions to improve the place spot, for a total of 243,497 euros, the company Construcciones Lopez and Torres.
- Final Award of the works of underground Main Street container for aesthetic enhancement of the Mall Open, amounting to 117,107 euros, the company Sercom.
- Award of the surveillance and building security, facilities and various areas of the City Council for two years, amounting to 428,097 euros, the company Serviseg Levante.
- Final Award Family Respite Service from September to December 2008, amounting to 34,254 euros, the company Vesta Home Services.
- Final Award of the rental service and dismantling towers scenarios and the Festivities 2008, amounting to 56,443 euros, the company Diversa Marketing.
OUTSTANDING ISSUES
Department of Culture and Festivities
- Approval of an agreement with the Federation of bodywork, whereby municipal receive a grant of 25,000 euros.
Sports Department
- Approval of authorization to conduct Motocross Grand Prix de Molina de Segura.
- Approval of grants to schools in Molina de Segura for school sports program, amounting to 15,959 euros.
