The Department of Personnel of the City of Molina de Segura has launched the Continuing Education Plan Municipal Public Employees 2008.
The deadline for applications is October 3rd and municipal workers can choose from 10 training courses.
May apply for courses and training activities and professional staff personnel subject to the Framework Agreement and the collective agreement for employees of the City of Molina de Segura.
The first course to be taught is the Early Intervention: The intervention with pupils with special educational needs in the nursery, municipal employees aimed at primary schools.
The other courses are:
Emotional intelligence applied to the work context workshop.
Development of personal skills to work efficiently.
Quality of governance.
Quality management for department heads.
Quality care to citizens.
Basic prevention of occupational hazards.
Occupational risks in the use of equipment and hand tools.
Guidelines for prevention and voice disorders.
Maintenance of public buildings.
