The Department of Culture of Molina de Segura open enrollment within thirty-five courses and workshops from Wednesday October 1 (26/09/2008)

The deadline for enrollment in courses and workshops of the Department of Culture of Molina de Segura for the 2008/09 academic year begins on Wednesday October 1 and will be held on a first come, said today at a press conference Friday Councilmember Culture, Mariola Martinez Robles.

The courses and workshops will be conducted in neighborhoods and districts of the municipality, in addition to downtown, following the decentralization of recent years.

In total, the Culture Department offers 35 courses and workshops, which will be held at the following locations: Central Garden, Centro Las Balsas, CS Torrealta, CS La Ribera, CS El Llano, CS The Alcayna, CS Barrio Fátima, CS B º San Antonio, CS The Brave, CS B º San Miguel, CS B º San Jose / Los Angeles, CS B º del Carmen, and new IES Barrio de La Molineta.

The total number of places available is 800.

This course will be taught 17 specialties, for over 16 years: Computers, Furniture Restoration, Digital Photography, Painting and Drawing, Yoga, Tai Chi Chuan, silk painting and stamping fabric, looms, bobbin lace, Dressmaking, Traditional embroidery, Ballroom Dancing, Latin Rhythms (new this year), Arts and Decoration, and Belly Dance.

The registration period begins on Wednesday October 1 and concludes on Friday 3 October, from 09.00 to 14.00 and from 17.30 to 20.30 pm in the Garden Center.

Be made in order of arrival to cover the places available, then made a waiting list of the workshop or workshops elected.

The enrollment fee is set at 60 euros for all courses and workshops, with the exception of computers, priced at 125 euros.

Bonuses have been set 15% for large families in general category and 30% for special category.

Registration will not be finalized until it has given proof of payment.

Classes will begin on October 27, 2008 and end on May 29, 2009.

These courses are presented as specific training areas and long-term, allowing students to gain extensive knowledge about the various subjects offered.

Also, enrollment is limited, to promote the dynamics of the course, with better attention to the participants by the faculty.

These courses are taught by specialists from different subjects, which are provided by the Association AMCultural through a service contract with the city of Molina de Segura.

AMCultural collaborates with the Department of Culture in the planning and organizing this program.

2009 CASE

For the first half of 2009 following workshops will be offered Monographs: Wine Tasting, Literature, Theatre, watercolor, astronomy, Chinese Fans, Meditation, Mime and Clown, Sevillanas, and Comics.
