The Local Government of Molina de Segura launches recruitment of 25 works for the Local Investment Fund (02/02/2009)

The Councillor of the Presidency and Speaker of the Local Government of the City of Molina de Segura, Victoria Gomez Alcazar, reported in a news conference on Monday February 2, of the resolutions adopted at meetings of the Board held Local Government 18 November 2008 to January 27, 2009.

PLANNING

At meetings of the Local Government Board has approved a total of 36 building permits for the construction of 12 homes and 1 warehouse.

The City of Molina de Segura has entered through the Tax on Building, Facilities and Works (ICIO), 83,113 euros, while through the rate of discharges of debris has collected 13,871 euros.

During the past year 2008, were approved for a total of 226 building permits for the construction of 626 houses.

In January 2009, have been approved a total of 13 building permits for the construction of five houses and a warehouse.

Furthermore, sanctions have been approved 69 urban, for a total of 399,618 euros.

The total number of sanctions approved last year 2008 was 197.

During 2009, the figure at the end of January amounted to 34 penalties.

INTERVENTION

With regard to issues of intervention have been approved certification of works, for a total of 2,270,792 euros, especially concerning work: Construction of Sports Hall Antonio Peñalver, replacement of urban services in Main Street, Building Secondary School Lumera Eduardo Linares, Interpretation Centre Enclave construction of the Wall, etc.

CONTRACT MATTERS

Final award of the concierge service, maintenance and cleaning of Antonio Penalver Sports Centre for the years 2008 and 2009, for a total of 130,364.28 euros, the company Ferrovial Servicios.

Final award of the expansion works of drinking water in streets of the brave, for an amount of 133,174.68 euros, the company Ayllonza.

Provisional allotment of the refurbishment of the Garden of Abellán García Pilar Street in the hamlet of La Ribera de Molina, amounting to 133,453.89 euros, the company Construcciones y Torres López.

Provisional allotment of works to expand potable water networks in the hamlet of Comala, for an amount of 54,209.85 euros, the company Conduit Workshops and Juanito.

Final award of the installation work of low voltage line for rural electrification in the hamlet of Comala, Drainer and Painted Cave, in the amount of 62,147.64 euros.

Final award of the supply of two self-service terminals and sports management software and access control to the Municipal Sports Pavilion The Romeral and Sawmills, amounting to 54,017.64, the company T-Innova Applied Engineering.

Final award of the supply of four motorcycles scooter to the local police, amounting to 30,620 euros, the company Carlos García Hernández.
