The ceremony of the ISO 9001 Quality Certificate by Bureau Veritas to the Department of Economics and Finance of the City of Molina de Segura has taken place on Wednesday 4 February, in the Plenary Hall of the City molinense.
Attended by the Mayor of the town, Eduardo Contreras Linares,
Delegate Bureau Veritas in Murcia, Ramón Seara, and the Councillor of Economy and Finance, Victoria Gomez Alcazar.
The Scope of the system implemented Quality Management in the Department of Economics and Finance, Procurement and Property applies to the Administrative Management of the following services: Heritage, Purchasing / Procurement, Statement, Treasury, Revenue, Revenue, Land Registry, Inspection Revenue, Traffic Fines, and Cemetery.
The objective of quality management system in place in the city of Molina de Segura is to implement a continuous improvement system based on ISO standards and the EFQM excellence model, to achieve a system-oriented quality management total.
On day 19 December 2008 completed the audit by the certification company Bureau Veritas, proving it satisfactorily and in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001.
The City Council has other areas molinense certified in this rule, namely: Local Police and the Department of Public Works, Employment, Trade, Handicrafts and Tourism.
The City of Molina de Segura has launched an action plan for modernization and quality, which will reach all of the departments in which the municipal administration is divided, to be implemented in the 2008/2011 period, with the ultimate goal Certification in the European Model of Excellence in Quality Management (EFQM).
