The draft Housing Repair Public Promotion of Molina de Segura has been presented at a press conference today, Wednesday 11 February, the City Councillor for Housing Molina de Segura, Cayetano Ros hurt, and the Councillor for Social Welfare, Worship Molina López.

The properties affected by the project are 6 residential blocks (totaling 94 homes) located in the streets Master Naville, Guernica, Alicante and García Lorca (3), in the Barrio de Fátima.

Receive a total investment of 200,000 euros, financed by the Autonomous Community of Murcia.

Works to be undertaken:

- Treatment of fronts: to prevent landslides (security).

- Repair of water down pipes to stop leaks and damage to housing.

- Treatment of covers to prevent leaks.

- Repair of metal joinery and electrical installation in public areas.

- Modernization of elevators (to avoid danger of accidents.)

Major expenditure headings:

- Lifts: 63,000 euros.

- Painting: € 23,000.

- Covers: 21,000 euros.

- Masonry: 7,400 euros.

- Coatings: 5,600 euros.

- Safety & Health: 5,400 euros.

- Carpentry & Hardware: 3,200 euros.

Other costs: demolition, electrical, glass, repair boxes, etc.
