The Mayor of Molina de Segura, Eduardo Contreras Linares, made, on Friday 13 February, a visit to the land ceded by the city of Molina de Segura to the Association of Relatives and Mentally Ill of Molina de Segura (AFESMO) for construction a day center, a sports and workshops.
He has been accompanied on the visit by the President of AFESMO, Delia Topham Reguera, Councillor of Social Welfare, Worship Molina Lopez, Councillor of Economy, Finance and Property, Victoria Gomez Alcazar.
The plot has a size of 3,213 m2 and is located next to the Infant School San Antonio, Calle Adolfo Suárez del Barrio de San Antonio.
Valued at 257,040 euros, was given free by the city of Molina de Segura AFESMO in April 2005 to build a day center, a sports and workshops.
In addition, the city has subsidized 95% of the amount of tax Buildings, Facilities and Works (ICIO), amounting to 45,000 euros.
Under the Local Investment Fund for Employment, the City Council held on proposed implementation of earthmoving and construction of an outdoor sports court, with an investment of 150,000 euros.
The Local Government Committee next Tuesday, February 17 approved the opening of the tender dossier of the works.
The track will occupy a total area of 900 m2 and have a rectangular shape (44x22 meters), with concrete pavement marking and playing basketball, volleyball, handball and football.
Have the following basic equipment: metal fences galvanized mesh back and plastic six feet, two sets of basketball hoops, a game of handball goal, posts and nets, artificial lighting based on tapered galvanized steel columns and 400 w projectors sodium vapor with a light level of 250 lux.
