Local Police arrested Molina de Segura yesterday, Monday 16 February, a person who responds to the initials MM, a Moroccan national, on suspicion of burning several trash bins in public.
After receiving several notices of warning local residents about the existence of container burning in the street, the officers proceeded to search the alleged perpetrator.
The arrest occurred when a local police patrol was working in public safety in the area and watched a guy who was standing next to a container at the junction of Calle Mayor and Calle Bailen, began to walk when they noticed the police presence.
The agents continued the march, with the intention of turning.
In making it, the same individual was manipulating something in the container.
While identifying the individual agents, the container caught fire and proceeded to arrest them.
The extinction of fires allegedly caused by the arrest was made quickly with the cooperation of neighbors.
The Councillor for Citizen Security, Fortunato Arias City, thanked "the collaboration of the neighbors, who, in many cases, is essential for the arrest of criminals."
