Note sent by the Municipal Socialist Group in the municipality of Molina de Segura:
On 16 February, the Municipal Group Socialist presented arguments to the Report of the Municipal Revenue on the grounds that the municipal corporation, 100% of public capital, which will be the City Council does not envisage a selection process open, transparent accordance with law and in accordance with the principles of equality, merit, ability and publicity.
This would mean that the PP government, under the premise of "discretion in the selection of staff," would cast put on "back door" to 14 people, with names and surnames, the collection service, in addition would have the good fortune to enter the Hall without a selective process objective, transparent and public.
Clearly, this is a minor grievance with respect to others who would qualify for the above places or jobs because they could not do it.
So, the PSOE believes that the City, if given such circumstances there may even be violating fundamental rights (Articles 14 and 23 of the Spanish Constitution).
That kind of selection, which aims to make the PP, is a minor grievance with the rest of the citizenry, is a nerve, other than discrimination for many other people, especially now that Molina de Segura has more than 4,500 people unemployed, who would not understand not having a job opportunity from your local council.
Against this, the PSOE, in the words of Lola Ferre does not support, nor accept "privileges" or "favored treatment" for anyone, and will claim a public and transparent selection process, adjusted to the principles of equality, merit, ability and advertising, which can be accessed by any citizen without prejudicing their rights.
It hopes and expects that the Mayor reflect, stop this process and give the same a just, fair and balanced.
