The new Cadastral Collaboration Agreement between the City of Molina de Segura and the General Directorate of Registry of the Ministry of Economy and Finance has been signed, on Monday March 2, by the Mayor of the town, Eduardo Contreras Linares, and Regional Manager Cadastre Murcia, Justo Parejo Pablos, in the Office of Mayor.

The new agreement signed is based on the new cadastral management needs and basically in the adaptation of existing general agreement to the new regulatory framework laid down in Chapter I of Title IV of the Royal Decree 417/2006 of 7 April, which developing the revised text of the Cadastre Act, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1 / 2004 of March 5.
