The Socialist Group is expected to reach an agreement to adopt a "Plan to Stimulate Economy and Employment" in Molina de Segura.
The PSOE is working on a set of 15 proposals, including measures such as an investment plan for 2009-2011 in social infrastructure, communications, housing, an ordinance to encourage the recruitment, direct aid to families with all members unemployed undertake reforms or to adapt municipal council to the current predicament.
The Local Government of the PP is "paralyzed" despite the gravity of the indicators:
In February, unemployment reached nearly 5,000 people (4802) and spent 20 months on an almost uninterrupted rise.
It has grown over 72% in recent months (over 69% regional, more than 2,100 people) and has done above the regional average and state (6%, 4.3 and 4.6, respectively).
In 2008, 5,503 contracts have become less, a drop of 21%.
Young people are now nearly 45% of total unemployment.
Membership of Social Security companies in the industry and in construction has fallen 7% in the first half of 2008.
In the past 12 months, unemployment grows back in the main economic sectors Molina: industry 60%, 145% in construction and 56% in services: 56%
But the City does not react, it has not taken a single measure and, worse, is increasingly less room to maneuver due to the local economy:
Municipal debt has increased by 113% in nine months, reaching almost 35 million euros, with a loan of 5.2 billion euros in 2008 and another 14 million in January.
The City Council has been forced to resort to other credit facility of 10 million euros to meet needs and obligations.
Stability Plan Budget is "worthless and jumped into pieces" because the real debt is already nearly twice the expected.

Change priorities and direction of municipal policies
Boldly lay the groundwork for a more balanced and sustained growth over time, generating more stable employment and quality.
The PSOE, it is hoped that the majority of the CP Group is serious about the situation of Molina, decides to "govern" the crisis and steps to help find solutions to all the same.
