The Municipal Socialist Molina City Council today denounced a news conference the mismanagement of the government team in another case of urban development.
In the press conference denounced the PSOE has alleged irregularities and uncertainties contained in the record of construction and operation of the canteen is located in the Avenida Chorrico.

Apparently, the City Council has consented to the construction and operation of a cafeteria in an area designated as ZU-1: parks and public buildings, which only allows you to install "kiosks for selling magazines, flowers and drinks."
Moreover, the process for awarding this cafe appears to contain irregularities that indicate that it has been awarded to benefit the individual and harm to other interested parties in this business.
The Socialist Party says that, in principle, the City Council authorized the installation of a local mobile structure, but later gave a construction permit to build the largest cafeteria.
On the other hand, the Socialist Group ensures that the Department of openings has not granted city licenses because this café does not meet legal requirements.
Another aspect that denounce the socialist council is the fee the company pays the City Hall (173 euros), while other similar local pay fees much higher (up to 6000 and 8000 per year).
The PSOE asked Mr. Mayor to give an explanation and to clarify the allegations.
It also requires the City Council to intervene to provide full legal urban situation, again, of irregularities and concerns.
