José Angel Garrido is a player of 17 years, 1.93 tall and whose natural position is power forward.

AD Molina arrives at strengthening the Junior team and to seek an opportunity in the 1st National team.

Both will be coached by Javier Aguilar.

But you'd better read the following interview, to know further:

- How did you start playing basketball?

I started at 6 or 7 years as almost everyone at school, then later I joined the team in my town (San Javier), Marmar.

- Which teams have played so far?

Marmo, CB Murcia, Cajasol (Sevilla) and this year I will play with the ADM.

- What does it mean for you to go to Sevilla to play with Cajasol?

What are the differences with basketball as practiced in our region?

I was a big challenge on the issue of living alone and and train at a pace which was not used, but it is also true that the train every day and play in a league above the EBA league as I have learned a lot.

There are many differences, but I think the most important is that here, in my opinion, it would have to work harder in the quarry so they can get more good players with aspirations to play in top leagues and the work they do for example Cajasol.

- What led you to return to Murcia?

Are you happy with your move to Molina?

I went not because I would like, the cause for which there is still no withdrawal of grants made.

I think I have hit the sign for AD Molina, and yes, I'm happy and the main reason is because I know that Javier Aguilar learn a lot and grow as a player, both coaches and players I have spoken very highly of him.

- If you had to define as a player, how would you do?

I never asked this question before, but I think a player with so many flaws outweigh the virtues, but I think I can learn a lot more to being a good basketball player.

- Finally, Junior team combine with the 1 st National.

The Junior has been reinforced very well, what purpose do you think they can make the team?

I believe that both the junior team as the 1st National can aspire to higher, the junior league and winning the 1 st National League EBA board.

But for this we will have to work hard.

- The 1 st National seems to blend experience with youth.

Do you consider it a plus that Javier Aguirre is the coach of both teams for younger you may have more opportunities?

Yes, and juniors so players can always be able to upload the first team.
