The coaching staff of the AD Molina is being completed.
One of those chosen by Javier Aguilar's staff is Pablo Alarcon Sabater-claw, a club man, trained from childhood in molinense Sports Association and until last year played in the 2 nd team Autonomic entity yellow.
He recently completed the Trainer Course Level One in Murcia and now he presents a good opportunity to advance their technical and tactical knowledge.
Then Paul interviewed to get their first impressions:
- You join the coaching staff this season as a 3rd AD Molina coach.
What does this mean for you?
For a great illusion, a great challenge and above all the opportunity to learn a lot.
Besides continued with basketball otherwise that I have really wanted him.
- How did this opportunity?
For Javi calling and commenting on my situation, knowing that he would lead the club and to my desire to learn became possible to be at his side this season.
- What is the relationship with Javier Aguilar?
I know the entire life of ADM, but above all we met in an unforgettable season for the then-cadet team.
We got a league to be the fourth team in the league and the prize for all was to play a Championship of Spain in our own home.
Since that season, I think the relationship coach / player for more than 50% of a winning team, we all thought that made us champions.
Besides that admiration has grown as a coach everything he subsequently achieved.
- What are your responsibilities within the staff?
For reasons vacacionles and summer, we could not realize those aspects.
But be among the scouting and planning, a bit of everything.
- Finally, what do you think will be the team's goal and what rivals consider stronger?
Course will be up, and if you can, promote, and next year God says!.
I think it would be illogical to say the least for this club.
Rivals know them over, but I think there will be yet Santomera, Cartagena, Santa Pola Capuchin.
