The Court of First Instance No. 1 Leganés (Madrid) has ordered the imprisonment sent unconditionally and without bail for Jemt, indicted for an alleged homicide of his girlfriend, which would have been committed on Wednesday 26 August at the marital home, located in Molina.
The Mixed Court No. 4 of Molina, who has assumed the powers of the case, ordered the secret of Contents to avoid contamination of the testimony of witnesses who testified before the Board over the coming days.
It has also ordered the visual inspection of the scene to try to determine whether a homicide or an accident.
The defendant declared in Molina when he clarified some of the different aspects to be investigated during the instruction, so there is still no date for the transfer of Jemt to Murcia.
