The Governing Council has given approval to an agreement between the Ministry of Social Policy, Women and Immigration and the Association of Families and Persons with Mental Illness of Molina de Segura (Afesmo) by which this entity will receive a grant of 300,000 euros to build a day center.

The facilities to be located between the streets and Adolfo Suárez Pablo Neruda of this county, will have 100 places for the care of people with mental illness.

The day center designed by Afesmo provide social assistance to these patients and their families and caregivers, which have therapeutic and recreational services in order to improve their quality of life.
