inauguration of the works of extension and improvement of Municipal Tourist Hostel The Landing of Molina de Segura

ha tenido lugar hoy miércoles 28 de octubre.

Han asistido el Alcalde de la localidad, Eduardo Contreras Linares, la Directora General de Turismo de la Región de Murcia, Marina García Vidal, la Concejala de Turismo, Sonia Carrillo Mármol, y el Concejal de Obras e Infraestructuras, Daniel Soltero Chaves.

El motivo de la modificación de estas instalaciones era la ampliación de su capacidad, que pasa de 30 a

"The City of Molina de Segura, through the magnificent work done by the Department of Tourism, to give new impetus to the policy initiated to promote tourism in our town, through improved infrastructure and tourist facilities," says the Mayor.

These works have had a multi-year grant awarded by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Region of Murcia, through the Directorate General of Tourism Infrastructure and destined for infrastructure and tourist facilities, for a total of 150,000 euros, while the municipal contribution amounts to EUR 62,112.60.

The works have been executed by the company

Estructuras Metálicas Juan Pérez e Hijos SL , con una inversión total de 212.112,60 euros.

El Albergue de El Rellano fue construido en el año 2002 y es considerado de tipo interior dadas las características de su entorno.

Por otra parte, un volumen importante de los recursos ambientales, etnológicos, culturales y deportivos del municipio se distribuyen y sitúan en el campo y la huerta.

De ahí, la necesidad y oportunidad para la puesta en marcha de infraestructuras y equipamientos que vengan a paliar las necesidades de estos espacios que, ubicados fuera del casco urbano, conforman una red de recursos patrimoniales, sustentadas en la red de pedanías.

Entidades de población en cuyo entorno se distribuyen y atesoran una parte importante de los atractivos turísticos del municipio.
