Whenever UPyD is unable to file a motion in plenary municipal, has decided to address the political groups represented in the Consistory, which corresponds to that power, and likewise, neighborhood associations and neighborhood Molina de Segura, who have recognized the right of participation in citizenship status, to consider the possibility to discuss in plenary the real impact of the Local Investment Fund with respect to the generation of employment in the municipality.
Unión Progreso y Democracia in Vega del Segura has made available to the Municipal Group of the Spanish Socialist Party (PSOE) and United Left (IU), represented at City Hall and the Neighborhood Associations Molina de Segura, the conclusions drawn from the review of publicly available documentation on the implementation in the municipality of Local Investment Fund (FEIL) and working papers that have resulted from that review.
The purpose of this release is that the conclusions contained therein are known by municipal opposition groups and neighborhood associations in the municipality, may draw their own conclusions to that effect, and take such action as deemed necessary, through their local representatives in Parliament.
The team of UPyD in Vega del Segura in charge of field development and employment has been established that the city of Molina de Segura has not met the target of creating about 600 jobs through the works with the Local Investment Fund.
According to documents reviewed by UPyD, which are publicly available through the local Portal, the City Council has not taken into account as a priority the creation of jobs in the award of projects financed through the Fund.
Proof of this is that the Consistory granted only work to the company offering more jobs in two of the thirty-five projects tendered.
As a result, have created only 174 direct jobs, compared to the 478 that had been achieved in
employability have been prioritized in the award.
These 174 jobs have cost the state a total of 10 ½ million euros.

UPyD already asked the City Council, through a press release that is clear with the public at the time of exposing the impact of FEIL with regard to jobs created.
The public response to Councilman Job, Sonia Carrillo, through the local television cameras (19/10/2009), was not at all satisfactory, given the claims made since UPyD.
The Consistory for Employment was limited in these statements, talking numbers "maintenance" of jobs in firms that carried out the work, rather than the "creation" of these, which is the main purpose of the Fund Local investment.
