Informe sobre el grado de ejecución de las acciones contempladas en el Plan de Empleo Municipal 2009/2011 , cuyos datos más relevantes han sido presentados en la rueda de prensa:

ACCIONES DIRECTAS DE ÁMBITO MUNICIPAL

1. Campañas de apoyo a los establecimientos hosteleros .

Se ha realizado la campaña De Tapeo por Molina II

Cenas de Teatro , donde 13 establecimientos hosteleros ofrecen un menú de 12 euros a aquellos que acudan al teatro y después presenten sus entradas en cualquiera de estos locales.

2. Centro Local de Empleo para Mujeres y Jóvenes .

Se continúa de manera permanente con el servicio de atención personalizada a desempleados/as en la búsqueda de empleo y con las labores de intermediación en el mercado de trabajo.

Se han atendido hasta la fecha a 950 desempleados/as y se han gestionado 50 ofertas de empleo de distintas empresas instaladas en nuestra localidad.

3. Acciones de Orientación Laboral a Desempleados/as .

Se han realizado 600 horas de las 1.275 previstas de tutoría individualizada y de orientación sobre autoempleo y se han atendido a 147 usuarios desempleados.

4. Vivero de Empresas .

En el Centro de Empresas actualmente hay 12 empresas instaladas, 2 módulos vacíos y  tenemos  una solicitud de una empresa para ocupar uno de los módulos libres.

5. Ayudas Municipales al Empleo .

El pasado 8 de abril fue aprobada la convocatoria de dichas ayudas por la Junta de Gobierno Local y el plazo para la presentación de solicitudes ha estado abierto hasta el pasado 30 de septiembre.

El presupuesto destinado a estas ayudas ha sido de 100.000 euros.

Se han presentado un total de 32 solicitudes, que suman un importe de 57.395,69 euros, de las cuales ya se han aprobado por Junta de Gobierno Local 15 solicitudes (29.798,5 euros), estando las 17 restantes en fase de tramitación (27.597,19 euros).

6. Proyecto

    

   Molina green jobs.

   This project was denied by the Biodiversity Foundation arguing that it did not have sufficient funding to cover the expenditure involved in the large number of projects submitted.

   Fair Trade

   Outlet .

Se ha  concedido la solicitud por la Dirección General de Comercio y Artesanía de la II Feria Outlet, prevista del 9 al 13 de diciembre del presente año, fecha que ha sido elegida por los comerciantes.

Esta feria se ubicará en el Paseo Rosales y podrán participar 40 comercios de la localidad.

 

Craft shows.

Also has agreed to the grant by the Directorate General of Trade and Crafts and is scheduled to be held from 18 to 20 December at the Paseo Rosales, allowing the artisans exhibit and sell their products and disclose your craftsmanship.

9. Zoco del Guadalabiad .

Ya se han celebrado 8 de los 9 previstos.

10. Red Social por Empleo .

En el ámbito del Programa

y en el propio Plan de Empleo, se está gestionando una RED SOCIAL POR EL EMPLEO.

En ella se incluyen diferentes asociaciones y colectivos sociales, con el objetivo de aglutinar acciones de inserción social y de empleo.

Se ha contactado con las asociaciones siguientes: Asociación de Familiares de Enfermos de Alzheimer y Otras Demencias (AFAD), Asociación

 

Home Sharing, Murcia Association for Psychosocial Rehabilitation, and Association of Relatives of the Mentally Ill of Molina (AFESMO).

Also form part of the Economic and Social Council of Molina and Molina Business Association (ASEMOL).

Provision is also inviting groups representing the unemployed in the municipality.

Urban Commercial.

The Directorate General of Trade and Handicraft of the CARM has awarded a grant of 64,063 euros to improve the lighting environment of the CCA (Street and Paseo Rosales), at the request of local shops and with support from the Federation Travel Agencies

13. Estudio Diagnóstico de la situación socioeconómica actual de la Vega Media .

El SEF de la Comunidad Autónoma de la Región de Murcia ha concedido una subvención por importe de 30.030 euros para la realización del estudio / diagnóstico acerca de la situación socioeconómica en la Vega Media.

Se adjudicó definitivamente el pasado martes 17 de noviembre a la empresa Pricewaterhousecoopers , SL

POL�TICAS ACTIVAS DE EMPLEO Y FORMACIÓN

1.

 

Training courses aimed at unemployed.

18 courses have been granted a total of 4,800 classroom hours and a budget of 500,000 euros for the training of 270 unemployed.

The courses are: gardener, telephone operator / receptionist, office installer of photovoltaic systems and wind, home care assistant, assistant cook, assistant food industries, cooks, renewable energy systems, restorative tree trimmer, tractor (preparatory work of land of culture), tractor (tractor preparation and testing of overall performance), tractor (tractor and equipment maintenance of machinery and tools), Carpenter (on-site installation of joinery and shop fitting conducting joinery elements) and technical analysis of food.

Acciones Formativas de Integración dirigidas a Inmigrantes .

 

De los 3 cursos planificados han finalizado los 3 (ayudante de cocina, auxiliar de ayuda a domicilio y camarero, con 15 alumnos cada uno), con un presupuesto ejecutado de 36.600 euros.

Espacios Comunes

 

Integration and Employment.

Of the 9 actions have completed training under 7 and are taking out the remaining 2 (a scheme for training in renewable energy and another on geriatrics), with 10 pupils each of the shares.

Programación de Cursos de Informática .

 

Of the 27 courses offered, 23 have been completed and is carrying out the remaining 4 to 40 hours per course.

5.

Escuela Taller

 

Horno del Castillo.

This project, which has a duration of 2 years, is in its 4 th phase.

Students are completing their training phase theory and practice with the rehabilitation of the Casa del Horno del Castillo.

Currently the school has 40 students.

Completion is scheduled for December 13 this year.

Is running a budget of EUR 1,300,803.45, of which EUR 1,000,803.45 has been funded by the SEF in the CARM and € 300,000 has been funded with municipal contribution.

Taller de Empleo

 

Women Molina III.

The workshop began on December 15, 2008, and ending on December 14, 2009.

The students of the various workshops have already passed the 4 phases of work experience in the various centers designed for this purpose.

A total of 30 students who receive training in 3 different specialties: geriatrics, home care assistant and kitchen helper.

The budget for this program is 673,188 euros (613,188 euros funded by the SEF and € 60,000 municipal contribution).

7.

Escuela Taller

 

Visitor Reception Center.

Has been granted by the SEF of the CARM, with a total grant amount of 1,072,592.41 euros, for 40 pupils, and will start on Dec. 15.

On Tuesday 24 November, adopted the Local Government Board the basis for selection of students.

8.

Taller de Empleo

 

Next Molina.

Although this workshop has been denied employment by the CARM, will re-introduce the draft next year.

9.

Programa de Empleo Público Local .

El Ayuntamiento ha recibido una subvención del SEF de 691.263 euros para la contratación de 37 desempleados/as para la prestación de diferentes servicios públicos.

Se han contratado: 12 monitores socioculturales durante 9 meses, que están realizando labores de conciliación (comenzaron el 1 de octubre); 4 antenistas de televisión durante 6 meses (comenzaron el 1 de octubre); y 19 peones medioambientales y 2 oficiales, que están realizando labores medioambientales y de jardinería durante 9 meses (comenzaron el 16 de noviembre).
