UPyD Vega del Segura in the complaint that the election for the next four years Interbarrios policy violates the rules of participation.

Moreover, under Article 29, the voting is secret to choosing the governing bodies, but in this case went public.

It was established that the votes of the members of each policy had to be unanimous, so that if they were not, the vote is considered invalid, something that does not include the statute.
