PSOE: "Even in the year 2010-2011" (14/12/2009)

The Autonomous Community Molina de Segura leave without the expected new school in the District Centre.

5 years ago that the political groups unanimously supported the motion of the PSOE to build a new nursery and primary school in the Neighborhood Center and transform the educational facilities in Central Garden Center Preschool for children under 3 years.

The Socialist Group has requested the Parliamentary Group to amend the regional budgets to look at the new school, thus fulfilling the will and consensus expressed by the municipal corporation in July 2005.

This initiative would meet two main needs and deficits: meeting with increasing public places in nursery and primary schools in the District Centre and have a new preschool to reduce waiting lists each year.

According to the PSOE, the City "has put the turbo into the educational model less public and more right", opening 5 private schools (all on public land), from preschool to secondary, and only 2 public (and a CAI private management), in recent years.

Antonio Gomariz, Socialist Spokesman, this "shortcut" and reduction of public school produce social deficits and end up spending bills in terms of equity and quality.

Molina public education can not depend on who "remain in power with a magnifying glass a short distance when what we need are politicians with a telescope and long-distance policies, which ensure equality and quality public education Molina de Segura.
