Inauguration of the Regional Consumer Fair in Molina de Segura (16/03/2010)

The opening ceremony of the Regional Consumer Fair Molina de Segura has taken place on Tuesday 16 March, in the marquee on the Plaza del Ayuntamiento.

Attended by the Mayor of the town, Eduardo Contreras Linares, the Director General of Citizen Services, Drug Dependency and Consumode Murcia, Juan Manuel Ruiz Ros, and Consumer Councillor, Estrella Perez Zafra.

The fair, organized by the city of Molina de Segura, through the Department of Consumer Affairs and the Ministry of Health of the Region of Murcia, through the General Directorate of Citizen Services, Drug Dependency and consumption, will last until Thursday 18 March, from 10.00 to 14.00 and from 17.30 to 20.30.

The 19 stands are occupied by consumer organizations, social action organizations and various consumption-related sectors, to present their ideas, activities, daily work, etc. On Responsible Consumption and United.

The institutions and organizations invited are: consumer associations in the Region of Murcia, associations of consumers of organic products, associations of vulnerable groups (persons with disabilities, people at risk of social exclusion) that sell products to fund charity projects and action social enterprises linked to the consumption of services, local trading companies, conservation organizations and research Fair Trade associations, and government agencies and consumer protection.

Most of them have published material and activities for children and adults to develop freely in their respective spaces.

The actions envisaged in the fair are:
