Park Los Juncos develops a great job with the mentally ill and drug addicts, which is also supported by financial institutions through its social work.

The grant of 25,000 euros has been given to the integration enterprise Active Leisure The Chorrico, which carries out the management of the leisure activities of the Parque Los Juncos, over 11 people employed, nine of them mentally ill.

This park was built some years on a municipal site of 50,000 m2, assigned by the local council Murciana Association for Psychosocial Rehabilitation, to develop social and labor rehabilitation project with the mentally ill and drug addicts, and has culminated the opening of family entertainment park.

Facilities: restaurant, school, football, paddle tennis courts, children's playroom (in a hall of 1,000 m2), a climbing wall, zip line, as well as outdoor space for games and adventure sports.

Most of these spaces are adapted to persons with disabilities, with changing rooms for disabled guests, and staff dedicated to organize the leisure of these people.
