Presentation of diplomas to the students of the Social Skills Course City of Molina de Segura (23/04/2010)

The ceremony of diplomas to students in the Course of Social Skills (social inclusion project work), organized by the Department of Social Welfare of the City of Molina de Segura, was held Friday April 23 in the auditorium Integral Center Ceramics.

Attended by the Mayor of the town, Eduardo Contreras Linares, and the Councillor for Social Welfare, Worship Molina López.

The City molinense addresses the development of training programs for people with risk factors of exclusion, driven by poor education, little access to the labor market and / or economic disadvantage.

This course has provided participatory training, enhancing the sense of responsibility and increasing values related to health education for those who are beneficiaries of municipal programs, as well as enabling skills and resources needed to develop a profession aimed at improving your network through communication skills, conflict resolution, etc.

Among its objectives, the enhancement was also social skills and all those habits and behaviors that allow students to improve their interpersonal relationships, helping them feel good, and to obtain those objectives to be achieved throughout his life.

The course was attended by eight people: those from Social Welfare has been found to have a profile and an appropriate provision to receive this training, and those people who have an employment contract with the city council, and were required as part of training within contract.
