Union, Progress and Democracy (UPyD) Molina de Segura is worried about the zero operation of key partner agencies and local participation of the municipality, the Federation of Neighborhood Associations "Interbarrios" which enjoys a municipal subsidy for this year amounts to 26,000 euros, and that no Board of Directors since its president, Pedro Garcia, resigned in February, which was followed by other members of its Board.

For all these reasons, Molina de Segura UPyD regrets the situation in which local participation is in the municipality, which is affecting the implementation of the Statute of Citizen Participation and therefore the normal development of democratic life local, and urges the council to reverse this situation with speed and responsibility, which justify the tremendous economic investment that the Hall has done in this area, amounting to almost 200,000 euros if we add the allocation of the School of Citizenship and of Interbarrios.
