The City of Molina de Segura, in collaboration with the Ministry of Public Works, rehabilitated the building and set up this center.
The complex is constituted, by the manor house, the attached hermitage that was part of the colony, an area of agricultural crops, to show the characteristic products of the area, a hydraulic ferris wheel on the ditch in operation and declared of Cultural Interest and since 2011, a temporary exhibition hall.
The manor house has two floors.
On the Ground Floor, we find the entrance where a tinajero stands out, under the stairs, and some archaeological pieces of the surveys carried out in the municipality since 1992. Moving to the kitchen we find different utensils that were part of this room and some collections of ceramic and glass
Passing through the patio of the house we arrive at the temporary exhibition hall where proposals from different local artists are developed.
The upper floor includes a first room where we contemplate different regional costumes.
The next room is composed of different models where Huertana work and some artifacts such as ferris wheels, mills are collected ... The last room recreates a bedroom from the end of the 19th century.
