The Training Center of the City of Molina de Segura offers in 2020 five training actions aimed primarily at unemployed people (09/01/2020)

The Training Center of the City of Molina de Segura, under the Department of Labor Training and Insertion Policies, has published the "Training Plan for employment 2020" which includes a total of five training activities, including which highlights as a novelty a 240-hour course on Key Competencies level 2, for professional certificates without languages, for people who do not have the ESO degree.

The offer includes the courses of;

Assembly and Maintenance of Thermal Solar Installations, 580 hours, level 2;

Assembly and Maintenance of Photovoltaic Solar Installations, 540 hours, level 2;

Auxiliary Processing Operations in Food Industry, 300 hours, level 1;

Butcher Shop and Meat Processing, 510 hours, level 2;

and the aforementioned course of Key Competencies, level 2, for certificates of professionalism without languages ​​(Communication in Spanish and mathematical competence), 240 hours, level 1.

People interested in following any of these training actions can go to the Department of Policies for Labor Training and Insertion, located on Calle San Juan, number 2, 2nd floor, or by phone to the City of Molina de Segura, 969 388 500, where they will be given all the information they need.

The Councilor, Eliseo García Cantó, explained that this training offer is aimed primarily at unemployed people, so that they can obtain a certificate of professionalism and promote their insertion or reintegration into the workplace.

These courses have a module of non-work professional practices, for which collaboration agreements are established with companies in Molina de Segura or other municipalities.

The training is provided by professionals with extensive teaching experience and is managed through a competitive and transparent public concurrence process.

The training actions are subsidized by the Regional Employment and Training Service, SEF, mainly teaching and most general expenses, with the City Council assuming management, administration, coordination, monitoring, economic justification and other general expenses.

During 2019, the Training Center launched six courses, of professional agricultural families, food, energy and water and hospitality industries, with funding of almost 170,000 euros, under the responsibility of the SEF, providing 2,410 hours of training, including non-work professional practices, and with the participation of 90 people.
