The Department of Youth of the City of Molina de Segura, in collaboration with the local educational centers, has convened the XXIX Literary Contest of Secondary Education 2020, in which all students who study Secondary Education (ESO) can participate ), Baccalaureate, Middle Grade Formative Cycles and Basic Professional Training of Molina de Segura.
This activity aims to promote and support the literary concerns of the Molinense youth with the collaboration of the local educational centers.
The contest establishes the modalities of Micro Story and Micropoetry.
The compositions submitted to the contest must be free, original and unpublished.
The extension of the short stories will be a maximum of 250 words, while in micropoetry the maximum limit has been extended to 10 verses.
Each contestant may submit a maximum of two works for each modality.
The Literary Contest includes the following categories:
First Level: 1st and 2nd ESO students.
Second Level: 3rd and 4th ESO students and Basic Professional Training.
Third Level: High School students and Middle Grade Formative Cycles.
In this edition, the prizes for each category and level are as follows:
First prize: a batch of books worth € 250.
Second prize: a lot of books worth € 200.
Third prize: a batch of books worth € 150.
The deadline for admission ends on March 22, 2020, and the works must be sent by email to youth@molinadesegura.es.

The Department of Youth of the City of Molina de Segura will publish the list of winners on the notice board of the Department of Youth, on the municipal website www.molinadesegura.es and in the Secondary Education centers.
The awards ceremony will be held in a public event.
