The Professional Conservatory of Music Maestro Jaime López de Molina de Segura organizes the Second Metal Week, from Monday 16 to Wednesday, March 18, at the Virginia Martínez Fernández Auditorium, at MUDEM, and at the Conservatory headquarters.
These days will consist of different activities, including workshops, master classes and concerts, related to the world of metal wind, conducted by specialized teachers:
MONDAY, MARCH 16
Workshop of maintenance of Metal Wind instruments (cylinders), by André Kulhman, lutier specialized in metal wind instruments.
From 3.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m., in the Virginia Martínez Fernández Auditorium.
Alexander Technique Workshop, by Nuria Vera, physiotherapist and Alexander technical teacher.
From 5:45 pm to 7:45 pm, at the Virginia Martínez Fernández Auditorium.
Breathing Workshop, by Daniel Férriz, Tuba professor at the Conservatory of Music Maestro Jaime López.
From 17.45 to 19.45 hours, in the Conservatory of Molina de Segura.
Concert of former students of the center.
From 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., at the Virginia Martínez Fernández Auditorium.
TUESDAY MARCH 17
Maintenance workshop of Metal Wind instruments (pistons and rods), by André Kulhman, lutier specialized in metal wind instruments.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 18
Master class on acoustics and tuning of brass instruments, by José Ibáńez, Professor of Trumpet at the Superior Conservatory of Music Oscar Esplá of Alicante and Doctor of Music from the UPV.
From 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., in the Virginia Martínez Fernández Auditorium.
Workshop of introduction to Jazz, by Pedro Miguel Núńez, superior of Jazz in the Musikene.
From 5:45 pm to 7:45 pm, in the Virginia Martínez Fernández Auditorium.
Jazz Flamenco Concert, by Pedro Miguel Núńez Quintet.
