Molina de Segura adapts to the new prevention measures against COVID-19 derived from the statement of the State of Alarm (14/03/2020)

The City Council will continue to be informed daily about new measures and news on the municipal website www.molinadesegura.es and their profiles on social networks

In response to the declaration by the Government of Spain, the State of Alarma and the orders issued by the health authorities of the Region of Murcia, the Municipal Monitoring Committee of COVID-19 in Molina de Segura informs the citizens of Moldova that the Molina de Segura City Council transfers the new measures to the municipal sphere, according to reports, today Saturday March 14, the First Deputy Mayor and spokesperson for the Committee, Ángel Navarro García.

Like the rest of Spain, in Molina de Segura we proceed from today to the CLOSING OF SHOPS and ESTABLISHMENTS, which affects:

Closing of restaurants, bars and cafes, being able to exclusively provide home delivery services.

Bars, discos, terraces, and banquet halls.

Cinemas, libraries, theater, auditoriums, exhibitions, concert halls.

Gyms, sports venues and venues, casino, gambling halls, betting shops, and arcades.

Parks and gardens.

In-person care is kept closed to the public in all municipal spaces.

The different councils will inform in the coming days of the alternatives that are established to carry out the municipal efforts.

THE FOLLOWING ESTABLISHMENTS WILL REMAIN OPEN:

Pharmacies, parapharmacies, drugstores, cosmetic stores and hygiene products stores.

Food shops of all kinds of formats: supermarkets, greengrocers, butchers, bakeries and fishmongers.

Shopping centers will be able to open, but only in the food sector and in basic necessities.

Tobacconists, kiosks and stationeries.

Gas stations.

All businesses, regardless of their activity, may sell online.

The Molinense City Council recalls that the supply and supply of basic necessities in supermarkets is fully guaranteed.

Please do not saturate the shops that remain open and to maintain the established security measures.

The Consistory of Molina de Segura calls on the citizens to follow the official recommendations in order to contain the contagion by COVID-19.

Molinenses are asked to exercise extreme caution and to remain at home.

According to the data provided by the Department of Sports and Health, at 9:00 p.m. today, Saturday, March 14, no citizen of Moldova has tested positive for COVID-19 and the Hospital de Molina has not admitted any patient with COVID-19.

The Molina de Segura City Council will continue to report daily on new measures and news through press releases, which will be published on the municipal website www.molinadesegura.es and on municipal social media profiles.
