The modification approved today, Thursday, March 26, affects the Tax on Mechanical Traction Vehicles, the Tax on Real Estate of Urban and Rustic nature and the Occupancy Rate of Public Roads in Weekly Markets, whose voluntary payment periods are extended

The First Deputy Mayor and Spokesman of the Local Government Board of the Molina de Segura City Council, Ángel Navarro García, has reported on the agreements adopted at the last meeting of the Local Government Board, of an ordinary nature, held today, Thursday 26 of March, electronically.

In it, the modification of the fiscal calendar for the year 2020 has been approved, which affects the Tax on Mechanical Traction Vehicles, the Tax on Real Estate of Urban and Rustic nature and the Occupancy Rate of Public Roads in Weekly Markets, whose periods Paid volunteers are expanded, and other economic stimulus measures have been agreed.

The Mayor of the town, Esther Clavero Mira, has stated that "the modification of the fiscal calendar, postponing the payment periods, and the refund of fees, responds to the citizen request for support for families and companies."

TOWN PLANNING

4 urban planning license files have been approved, 1 segregation license file, 1 subsidiary enforcement file and 5 sanctioning files for urban infraction.

ESTATE

Approval of the invoice list of the City Council, for the amount of 360,013.58 euros.

Approval of the file for the modification of the 2020 fiscal calendar, as a consequence of the declaration of the State of Alarm by Royal Decree 463/2020, on the following taxes due periodically in the voluntary period:

Mechanical Traction Vehicle Tax: extension of the voluntary payment period until June 5.

Tax on Urban and Rural Real Estate: delay of the voluntary payment period, establishing it between June 5 and September 7, 2020.

Public Highway Occupancy Rate in Weekly Markets: the first period started on January 20 until April 30 is extended.

The receipt corresponding to the second quarter will not be charged, regularizing the market days in the third quarter of 2020.

Approval of other economic stimulus measures, such as:

Business Hotel: 100% rent bonus for the months of March and April.

Cancel the issuance of the receipts corresponding to the month of April from the municipal services of Infant Schools, School Council and BMOL Room, compensating in the April receipts the days not attended.

All without prejudice to the possibility of a further modification depending on the evolution of the circumstances.

HIRING

Approval of the extension of the contract for Lot 1 of the fixed and mobile communication services for the Municipality of Molina de Segura, whose winner is the company Vodafone Spain, SAU, from June 1, 2020 to May 31, 2021. And an expense for the year 2020 of 35,477.78 euros is approved.

Approval of the extension of the contract for Lot 2 of the fixed and mobile communication services for the City of Molina de Segura, whose winner is the company Telefónica Móviles España, SA, from April 2, 2020 to April 1, 2021 And an expense for the year 2020 of 22,416.16 euros is approved.

Approval of the suspension of the contract of the technical service of monitors and lifeguards to carry out the different sports activities, programmed by the Department of Sports and Health, incorporating special conditions of execution of a social nature related to the social and labor insertion of unemployed youth from long duration under 35 years.

Approval of the suspension of the service contract to carry out workshops and psychological support and nutrition activities for older people, including special execution conditions related to quality and social responsibility, in batches.

Approval of the start of the contracting file of the technical assistance service for the revitalization of social centers and zone boards and the development of the Participatory Budgeting process of 2021, incorporating special conditions of social execution related to the social and labor insertion of people in a situation of unemployment, with a total expense of 166,778.16 euros.

Approval of the proposal to award the firm reinforcement and improvement of road safety of Avenida del Chorrico, Avenida de Valencia and Calle Molino del Cubo, incorporating special social execution conditions related to social and labor insertion of unemployed people, to the company Etosa Obras y Servicios Building, SLU, for the amount of 334,284.12 euros.

Approval of the award of the provision of shading sails in various parks and gardens of the municipality of Molina de Segura, financially sustainable investments, within the 2018 Participatory Budgeting process, incorporating special execution measures of a social nature related to social and labor insertion of people unemployed, to the company Forum San Patricio, SA, for an amount of 114,208.96 euros.
