They demand the reinstatement of the 23 dismissed nursery school workers (22/05/2020)

| And the resignation of the Councilor for Personnel | The unions of the City Council of Molina, CCOO, CSIF, UGT and SIME demand the readmission of the 23 dismissed nursery school workers and the REMOVAL OF THE COUNCILOR OF PERSONNEL, as well as the urgent convocation of the General Negotiation TableGiven the absolute lack of response to the request for negotiation made by the four unions in relation to these dismissals and the consolidation of employment, the unions have issued a Public Communiqué that we attach to this Press Release demanding the resignation of Ms.

Concejala and the launch of a real negotiation at the Molina City Council. The unions of the Molina City Council understand that this is the last straw and denounce the negative attitude of this Councilor and that of the predecessor Councilor in office, now the first deputy mayor of the Consistory and the ABSOLUTE LACK OF NEGOTIATION that presides over the operation daily of the Molina de Segura City Council. We hope from the good judgment of the Mayor's Office and the Government Team that this situation be remedied and that a process of REAL NEGOTIATION of pending matters in personnel matters be started - not restarted so far: there has been no regularization of employment precarious, RPT, Convention update, prevention plans, Human Resources Plan… .etc.The Union Sections of CSIF, CCOO, UGT and SIME of the Molina de Segura City Council issue the followingCOMMUNIQUÉ READMISSION OF DISMISSALS RESIGNATION OF THE CITY COUNCILOR OF PERSONNEL CALL FOR GENERAL NEGOTIATION TABLEAs it is already public and notorious, the PSOE-Podemos Government Team in the Molina de Segura City Council, has dismissed 23 workers from Nursery Schools on Wednesday May 20, despite the fact that the seniority of many of them the position far exceeds the time established for temporary contracts-temporary and precarious employment which in this City Council are more than 100 contracts- and that his "current contract" comprised until August 31-based on a partial commitment of Unions with the City Council to guarantee stability until the end of the course and to be able to negotiate their future employment and their integration in the regularization processes that we have pending.

This, in addition, executed by a Mayor's Office of the Socialist Party who, when he was in the opposition and in his own Electoral Program, stated that it was a “political and social demand” to give stability to the Infant Schools service, highlighting its character of “essential public service” and criticizing with a the situation of instability and precariousness in this Service is harsh. This decision has not been officially negotiated or communicated - not even afterwards - to the unions that we have had direct access to this information from the affected parties themselves.Once the intention of the dismissals was known, we insist, without prior negotiation of any kind, the unions CCOO, CSIF, UGT and SIME that we hold the representation of all the workers of the City Council, we addressed via request to the Councilor for Personnel so that the layoffs would be suspended, the current temporary contract would be fulfilled until its end date - August 31 - and we would negotiate the future stability of these jobs.It is a contradiction that the Government of the Nation, also of PSOE and Podemos, is applying extraordinary measures of protection of the Employment in these extraordinary conditions, that the companies apply ERTES to avoid any dismissal and that this Municipal Government “throws to the street the yours, 23 families ”in the midst of a health and economic crisis. This unfortunate situation could have been avoided if these positions had been recognized as “structural”, that is, permanent, as established by current regulations and not be masked year after year as temporary “program-based” contracts without rights, which is what has allowed them, without their pulse trembling, to leave these companions on the street.

It goes without saying that we will use all possible legal channels to report this situation of “fraud” in the causality of contracts and in the at least “inadequate” ways in which these DISMISSALS have occurred. In a crisis we all have to contribute and adjust, workers, companies, political groups ...

but it does not seem defensible that it be charged against those who are doing a public function, as in this case, which is taking care of our children - by the way, to total satisfaction.

- and they are fired because they cannot receive the family quotas for 3 months.Once again, the writings and requests that the workers make are not even answered and, for more INRI, for every response we hear through the media that the dismissals are not dismissals, that “there is no plan for dismissals in the Consistorio molinense but a PLAN OF RATIONALIZATION of the Public Resources because now the expenses are greater than the income ”.

What is still sarcasm: there are 23 layoffs and it seems that we are threatened that they will not be the last. This very negative way of using power, without negotiation, without information, without the participation of those affected, without respect for democratic rules of the game, the use of command and command, and the use and abuse of unilateral decisions and without justification in matters of personnel and management of Human Resources is the usual currency of this Government Team, paradoxically configured by two parties such as PSOE and PODEMOS.We can firmly affirm that THERE IS NO TRADE UNION NEGOTIATION IN THE CITY OF MOLINA DE SEGURA.

Despite the many and repeated requests for dialogue by the four unions, individually and collectively; Despite the many and very delicate issues that we have yet to negotiate, particularly that of the REGULARIZATION-CONSOLIDATION PROCESSES OF PRECARIOUS, TEMPORARY AND FRAUD-LAW EMPLOYMENT of more than 100 City Council workers, there is no way for this Government Team meets at the Negotiation Table and these issues are addressed. This situation has already led Molina de Segura City Council workers to call protest rallies last year, demanding that this Municipal Government, which calls itself progressive and left-wing, respect workers' rights to negotiation.

collective and to be able to comment on their "working conditions" and sit down to negotiate pending issues as important as that of complying with the stabilization and anti-precarious employment agreements signed by their socialist government with the CCOO, CSIF and UGT unions, that the negotiation of the Agreement be completed, that the RPT be updated - job descriptions and functions and that the rights and duties of public employees and the organization of services should be regulated - and a long list of others. For these reasons, which are a cursory summary of the immense list of inconsistencies and disrespect for public employees that this Councilor and her predecessor in the position, now first deputy mayor, are permanently leading; WE DEMAND THE DIMISION OF THE COUNCILOR OF PERSONNEL for her inability to promote a policy that copes with this crisis situation, in which the solution does not lie in dismissing and / or removing rights, but as her own government of the nation says, leaving It is with all the rights and without "nobody is left out".We hope from the good judgment of the Mayor and its Government Team -PSOE-Podemos- the readmission of the 23 workers and the immediate start of the convocation of the General Negotiating Table to establish a Road Map that Contemplate the pending issues and a calendar, beginning, as it could not be otherwise, by NEGOTIATING A HUMAN RESOURCES PLAN THAT END WITH THE UNFAIR AND UNJUSTIFIABLE PRECARIETY IN THE EMPLOYMENT OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF MOLINA.Union Sections of CCOO, CSIF, UGT and SIME
