Molina de Segura hosts three courses at the Universidad Internacional del Mar 2020 during the month of September (02/07/2020)

Also attending the presentation were the Councilor for Culture and Youth, Soledad Nortes Navarro, the Co-director of the Course I Conference on the promotion of associations, foundations and social enterprises within the framework of Citizen Participation, Federico Martínez-Carrasco Pleite, the co-director of the III Course Behavior problems in minors and adolescents: intervention strategies, Ginesa Torrente Hernández, the co-director of the III Course Behavior problems in minors and adolescents: intervention strategies, Marta María Aguilar Cárceles, the co-director of the Affective-Sexual Gender Diversity Course : perspectives from the educational and socio-sanitary fields, Francisco Rafael Lázaro Tortosa, and the Director of the Permanent University Extension Headquarters in Molina de Segura, Juan José García Escribano. The courses will be taught during the month of September in Molina de Segura, and are as follows: GENDER-SEXUAL AFFECTIVE DIVERSITY: PERSPECTIVES FROM THE EDUCATIONAL AND SOCIO-SANITARY FIELD, co-directed by Francisco Rafael Lázaro Tortosa and Ismael Jiménez Ruiz.

From September 7 to 11, at the Centro Las Balsas.

The objectives of this course are: to sensitize and make known to the educational and health community the LGTBI diversity and variety of family models in today's society; provide the fundamental principles of an affective-sexual education free of sexist and egalitarian stereotypes; contribute to the visibility of sexual diversity in all areas, eradicating attitudes based on sexist stereotypes; know the trans reality to give an educational and health response tailored to your specific needs; and foster spaces for reflection and debate around the themes of this course.

Duration: 25 hours.Maximum number of students: 65.

Public price: 85 euros (UMU and UPCT members: 65 euros). CONDUCT PROBLEMS IN MINORS AND ADOLESCENTS: INTERVENTION STRATEGIES, co-directed by Marta María Aguilar Cárceles and Ginesa Torrente Hernández.

The objectives of this course are: to highlight different psychosocial problems in the adolescent population; analyze these psychosocial problems and their relationship with maladaptive behavior in minors and adolescents; and to know the main mechanisms of prevention and intervention of adolescent maladaptive behavior.

Duration: 25 hours.

The three fundamental objectives of these conferences are: to promote the knowledge that citizens have of projects and entities in the third sector or non-profit entities with a social or collective purpose, contributing to a greater interest in their participation in entities that operate in the area of ??the municipality of Molina de Segura and the Region of Murcia; provide professionals and technicians, and staff of Public Administrations working in the social and associative field, with new tools and visions aimed at strengthening the associative fabric,the professionalization of entities and the promotion of Third Sector projects at the local and regional level; and analyze at a practical level the challenges of the associative model, the foundations and other non-profit companies and social purposes, providing experiences and good practices in the areas of social innovation, financing of social entities, networking or strengthening its structure and participation.

After the presentation of the courses, the act of constitution of the Coordinating Council of the Permanent University Extension Headquarters in Molina de Segura took place, in order to promote and promote the objectives and activities provided for in the agreement signed in 2018 between the City Council Molinense and the UMU, and to ensure the proper relationship and coordination between both institutions. The Coordinating Council is made up of: Magnificent Rector of the University of Murcia, José Luján Alcaraz, or person who delegates; Mayor of Molina de Segura, Esther Clavero Mira, or person in whom she delegates; Director of the Permanent University Extension Headquarters in Molina de Segura, Juan José García Escribano; and Secretary of the Permanent University Extension Headquarters in Molina de Segura, Soledad Nortes Navarro, Councilor for Culture and Youth of the Molinense City Council.
