| This plan makes it possible for the Association of Civil Protection Volunteers to provide services such as the distribution of food and medicines, as well as any other that request the social and sanitary services of the municipality | The Municipal Emergency Plan (PEMU) of Molina de Segura has been activated since the declaration of the state of alarm, going through the different phases and levels, which has been established by the General Directorate of Emergencies (112) of the CARM, as reported today, the Councilor for Civil Protection, Julia Rosario Fernández Castro. The mayor of Molino has specified that at the end of the state of alarm and with the entry into the "new normal", the PEMU continued in the pre-emergency phase, to continue providing active services by the Association of Civil Protection Volunteers, as a distribution of food and medicine, as well as any other requested by the municipality's social and health services.Yesterday, July 26, the Grouping of Civil Protection Volunteers from Molina de Segura received instructions from the General Directorate of Citizen Security and Emergencies to activate the regional Emergency Plan (PLATEMUR) at the request of the Ministry of Health, due to the outbreaks of COVID-19 in different municipalities in the Region of Murcia.Fernández Castro has specified that Civil Protection of Molina de Segura, has complied with this instruction and has communicated the situation of level 1 of the PEMU, continuing with the mobilization of necessary resources in the town, as has been done for 4 months, with intensity proportional to the different phases for which the alarm status and the "new normal" have been demanding. This level 1 of the PEMU assumes that all the resources and means of Civil Protection are coordinated from its headquarters, located in the Local Police headquarters, by the technicians and managers of the Volunteer Association. The Councilor for Civil Protection, Julia Rosario Fernández Castro, has stated that "our level of responsibility is totally in accordance with the phases and levels that the General Directorate of Citizen Security and Emergencies of the CARM (112) are requiring of us and will continue in the time until the situation returns to normal and the pandemic is fully controlled.

"The Edil has specified that "the City of Molina de Segura has not let its guard down at any time, knowing how we are that living with the pandemic involves its risks.

That is why our level of alert remains the same as in the month of March.

We have responsibly updated to prevent the expansion of COVID-19, a responsibility that I take advantage of to ask citizens again, since prudence or lack thereof will be decisive in the effects of this pandemic in the whole of the society"
