The lighting of the pavilions is scheduled to take place tonight.The objective of this initiative is to sensitize the population about the risks of alcohol consumption by pregnant mothers during pregnancy and to make visible the needs of children, adolescents and young people who suffer the consequences of this ingestion, whose effects can give rise to to physical, behavioral and learning problems.Zero SAF is a Murcian association of fathers and mothers with sons and daughters with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (SAF / TEAF).
This association helps boys and girls with this syndrome to their acceptance and social normalization, and works to make known this invisible disorder that affects more than 3% of society.Since 1999, every September 9 is celebrated the International Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Day.
