Valuing this differential element with respect to other municipalities in the Region, they propose a battery of measures in the short, medium and long term, which will make it possible to transform Molina de Segura into a University City.In recent years, university cities have proliferated a lot, and in addition, they have become a perfect destination to study and even to work, thanks to the facilities offered to university residents who make up a large part of the population.José Ángel Alfonso stressed that "we are firmly committed to the ability of Molina de Segura to become a benchmark university city.

"Among the proposals put forward by the popular, is the implementation of a strategic communication campaign, as well as meetings with each and every one of the existing groups in Molina de Segura, in order to publicize the benefits it presents for our city, the presence of university students, as well as collecting the contributions and suggestions of each of these groups.
Also, we propose the creation of a specific website called "Molina Universitaria" in which students could, among other things, find apartments for rent, roommates to share a house, consult leisure activities, discounts on transport for those who decide settling in the city, job offers, entrepreneurship programs, etc.
For it,It would be necessary to improve study classrooms and develop an intergenerational solidarity program, giving students the opportunity to live with older people during the academic year.
The popular ones propose as one of the long-term objectives, to promote private initiative in order to create a university residence.The second motion that the popular ones raise to plenary session intends, among other things, that all municipal political groups speak out and inform the citizens of Moline about their point of view of the Euthanasia Law proposed by the Socialist Parliamentary Group in the Congress of the Deputies, and which is currently in process.
