| The system will come into operation on Monday, October 19 with the aim of facilitating and speeding up the completion of public procurement procedures, and bring the administration closer to the citizen | The Molina de Segura City Council launches, on Monday, October 19, an electronic platform of Dynamic Acquisition Systems with the aim of facilitating and speeding up the completion of procedures in public procurement, in relation to the regular acquisitions of supplies, services and works, and to bring the administration even closer to the citizen, as reported today, Friday, October 16, by the Councilor for Contracting, José de Haro González. This new initiative responds to the continuous work of the municipal institution to modernize internal management procedures and to always be able to offer a quality, efficient and transparent service, as well as to advance in electronic administration.
In addition, it arises as a need to adapt to current legislation that imposes on contracting authorities the obligation to implement the electronic format in public procurement. In the words of the Councilor for Contracting, "the City Council understands this legal obligation as an opportunity for change, generating benefits for both suppliers and the administration itself: greater convenience in processing, elimination of travel, with the corresponding saving of time and money, increased transparency, greater attendance and participation of the regional business fabric and the opening of the market and the possibility of growth that implies being able to interact with entities in other geographical areas ". From its start-up, companies that want to participate in public procurement processes in relation to the usual acquisitions of supplies, services and works for the City Council, will have to submit their offers completely electronically through the link https://community.vortal.biz/sts/Login?SkinName=aytomolinasegura The platform has been contracted with the company VORTAL, an exclusive provider of this service, which has permanent support for bidders and fully adapted to the Public Sector Contract Law.
To facilitate the management of this new tool, the entity has organized a training session to inform about the use of the Dynamic Acquisition Systems platform and facilitate their future management. For any questions or clarification regarding the registration process, submission of applications or offers, suppliers may contact VORTAL Customer Service at 902 02 02 90, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00, at Through the email firstname.lastname@example.org, or send a message through the message tool offered by the platform.
