| The system will come into operation on Monday, October 19 with the aim of facilitating and speeding up the completion of public procurement procedures, and bring the administration closer to the citizen | The Molina de Segura City Council launches, on Monday, October 19, an electronic platform of Dynamic Acquisition Systems with the aim of facilitating and speeding up the completion of procedures in public procurement, in relation to the regular acquisitions of supplies, services and works, and to bring the administration even closer to the citizen, as reported today, Friday, October 16, by the Councilor for Contracting, José de Haro González. This new initiative responds to the continuous work of the municipal institution to modernize internal management procedures and to always be able to offer a quality, efficient and transparent service, as well as to advance in electronic administration.

In addition, it arises as a need to adapt to current legislation that imposes on contracting authorities the obligation to implement the electronic format in public procurement. In the words of the Councilor for Contracting, "the City Council understands this legal obligation as an opportunity for change, generating benefits for both suppliers and the administration itself: greater convenience in processing, elimination of travel, with the corresponding saving of time and money, increased transparency, greater attendance and participation of the regional business fabric and the opening of the market and the possibility of growth that implies being able to interact with entities in other geographical areas ".
