|, framed in the EDUSI Molina 2020 Avanza Contigo | The City Council has approved a list of invoices for a total amount of 887,244.86 eurosThe First Deputy Mayor and Spokesperson for the Local Government Board of the Molina de Segura City Council, Ángel Navarro García, has reported on the agreements adopted at the two meetings of the Local Government Board, one of an ordinary nature and another public session and extraordinary, held today Thursday, October 22, by telematics through videoconference.

In the public and extraordinary session, an invoice list file amounting to 887,244.86 euros was approved.And in the ordinary session, the following agreements have been approved:TOWN PLANNING- 5 urban license files and 1 subsidiary execution file have been approved.- Approved the registration file of the Compensation Board of the Industrial Action Unit UAI-T3, promoted by Fini Golosinas España, SLU.ESTATE- Approval of the list of invoices, amounting to 887,244.86 euros.CONTRACTING- Approval of flexibility for hiring staff to carry out substitutions in the educational, support and kitchen service in nursery schools and childcare centers, owned by the Molina de Segura City Council for the year 2019, incorporating special conditions of execution of a social nature related to the socio-labor insertion of unemployed youth, under 40 years of age.- Approval of the extension, in three months, of the execution period of the rehabilitation works of the Social Center of La Torrealta (Old Schools), framed in the Molina 2020 Avanza Contigo Sustainable and Integrated Urban Development Strategy, co-financed by 80% by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), through the Pluriregional Operational Program of Spain 2014-2020, incorporating special conditions of execution of a social nature related to the socio-labor insertion of unemployed people, requested by the company Constu Archena, SL .- Approval of the award of the maintenance and conservation service of the artificial turf of the different soccer fields and paddle tennis courts of the Molina de Segura City Council, incorporating special conditions of execution, to the company Naturf Develop, SL, for an amount of 38,331 , 21 euros, for a period of two years, extendable for two more years.- Approval of the award of the contract for the drafting of the health and safety project and study, construction management, execution management and health and safety coordination, corresponding to the restoration of 4 cataloged municipal chimneys, framed in the Strategy of Sustainable and Integrated Urban Development Molina 2020 Avanza Contigo, 80% co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), through the Pluriregional Operational Program of Spain 2014-2020, to the company Arquitectura, Trabajos de Restauración y Arqueología, SLP , for an amount of 16,390.89 euros.- Approval of the start of the contract file for the drafting of the project for the construction of the pedestrian and cyclotouristic connection of the urban center of Molina de Segura with the orchard and the Northwest Greenway (Eurovelo-8), framed in the Urban Development Strategy Sustainable and Integrated Molina 2020 Avanza Contigo, 80% co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), through the Pluriregional Operational Program of Spain 2014-2020, incorporating special execution conditions of a social nature, with a total expenditure of 58,632.58 euros.- Approval of the start of the contracting file for the works for the replacement and repair of equipment and installation in EBAR La Ermita, urgent works, affected by the floods caused by the DANA meteorological phenomenon in the municipality of Molina de Segura, incorporating special conditions execution of a social nature related to the socio-labor insertion of unemployed people, with a total expenditure of 499,879.89 euros.- Approval of the start of the contracting file for the works for the replacement and repair of equipment and installation in EBAR El Romeral, urgent works, affected by the floods caused by the DANA meteorological phenomenon in the municipality of Molina de Segura, incorporating special conditions execution of a social nature relating to the socio-labor insertion of unemployed people, with a total expenditure of 184,472.16 euros.CULTURE- Approval of the award of a minor service contract for audiovisual production, recording and retransmission of 20 shows at the Villa de Molina Theater live via streaming, to the company AVM Audiovisuales Murcia, for an amount of 11,032.78 euros.SPORT AND HEALTH- Approval of the award of a minor contract for the sports management platform service for the Sports service of the Molina de Segura City Council, to the company OMESA Informática, SLU, for an amount of 6,934.75 euros.- Approval of expenditure of 14,000 euros and 2020 collaboration agreement between the Molina de Segura City Council and the Molina de Segura Medical Studies Foundation (FEM) to contribute to the promotion of outreach activities and compliance with its statutory objectives.CRAFTS- Approval of the 2020 agreement for a nominative grant of 1,000 euros from the Molina de Segura City Council to the Association of Friends Zoco del Guadalabiad for the revitalization of the urban area, as well as proposing and promoting the interrelation between the leisure, tourism and trade sectors with crafts .SOCIAL WELFARE-   Aprobación de la prórroga del convenio de colaboración entre la CARM, a través del IMAS, y el Ayuntamiento de Molina de Segura para la prestación del Servicio de Ayuda a Domicilio, para personas dependientes, por la que se extienden los efectos desde el día 1 de diciembre de 2020 hasta el día 31 de marzo de 2021, siendo el importe de la prórroga, incluyendo en dicho importe la aportación que corresponda al usuario según la normativa del copago, un máximo de 100.800,00 euros.-   Aprobación de la concesión de subvenciones recogidas en la convocatoria publica, en régimen de concurrencia competitiva, de subvenciones 2020 para programas de promoción e inserción social a entidades sin ánimo de lucro que operan en el municipio de Molina de Segura, por un importe total de 23.453,58 euros.VÍA PÚBLICA-   Aprobación del incremento de gasto de las obras de seguridad vial en Avenida Picos de Europa, en Urbanización La Alcayna, por un importe de 3.506,50 euros (lo que supone un incremento del 9,548 % del proyecto a la empresa Constu Archena, SL).RECURSOS HUMANOS-   Aprobación de las bases de selección del personal laboral temporal para el Proyecto Brigada Municipal, del Programa de Empleo Público Local.

El objeto de la presente convocatoria es la selección y contratación, en régimen de personal laboral temporal, de cinco desempleados, al amparo del Programa de Empleo Público Local, cofinanciado por el Fondo Social Europeo.

Los puestos a cubrir son cuatro operarios de mantenimiento de edificios y un oficial soldador de primera.
